Flower Care Instructions

To ensure your flowers stay fresh as long as possible:

• Trim stems at a 45-degree angle every 2-3 days
• Change water daily and clean the vase
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources
• Remove any leaves below the water line
• Use flower food provided with your arrangement

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our flowers. If you're not completely satisfied with your arrangement when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Fresh flower arrangements cannot be returned or refunded after 24 hours from delivery
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours with photos
• Store credit may be issued at our discretion for qualifying issues
• Custom arrangements are final sale and cannot be returned

Delivery Issues

If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Please take photos of the arrangement and packaging immediately
• Email us at admin@littleredfarms.store within 24 hours
• We'll work to resolve the issue with a replacement or credit
